DENTAL, DIET & HEALTHY LIVING
It started several years ago with chest pain and my path to health. Along the way I ran into Dr. John Seger, a well respected cardiologist at St. Luke’s Hospital in Houston Texas. We have become friends and are now collaborating to bring you this blog. Along the way it might even educate us all. Our health is very complicated and sometimes confusing subject. Hopefully as a team we can bring you the answers to a lot of questions you might have concerning your health.
We want to learn, share and grow together. We want to share our stories as we often to come to conclusions from different points of view. What works for me may not work for you and visa versa.
As we all know, everybody is unique. Our goal is to not treat or diagnose any medical conditions but rather to open doors for you so that you can be in charge of your own health. We also want to discuss current products from pacemakers to electric toothbrushes in an attempt to declutter the options.
We will also look to you, our readers, for insight, guidance and suggestions. So please sign up for our blog and if you have any questions please send us an email.
This is a unique opportunity of getting general health questions answered from two of the top docs in their (Dentistry and Cardiology) fields for no cost. Thanks for stopping by.
